- Visual inspection for overall condition
- Checking and servicing the control/repeater panels.
- Ensuring that all boards, LED transformers, relay etc are in good condition.
- Checking the battery, ensuring that all the connections are intact.
- Checking and cleaning smoke detectors, heat detectors and all equipment through random sampling (to complete one cyclic round in a period of one year).
- Checking and cleaning Fire Alarm bells.
- Testing the system and labelling with dates tested.
- Advising on additional requirements (if necessary).
