- Visual inspection for overall condition.
- Checking seals and pressure gauges.
- Turning the cylinder upside down to ensure that the powder is free flowing without lumps (for DCP Fire Extinguishers).
- Testing the system and labelling with date tested.
- Advising additional requirements where necessary.
